dclogin:// generator

What it does

Generates a dclogin: link and QR code from an existing e-mail address and password (optionally with IMAP and SMTP server settings). Scanning it in Delta Chat adds that mail account, which official clients otherwise only offer during the first setup. Everything is computed locally in the app; nothing is sent to the chat. Mind that the QR code contains the password.

How to use it

1. Enter the e-mail address and password
2. Open IMAP or SMTP settings if your provider needs them
3. Tap Generate link
4. Scan the QR code (or open the link) with Delta Chat
