Halvsies

What it does

A bill-splitting app for trips, flatshares and dinners: everyone in the chat joins the split, adds what they paid, and splits it evenly, by shares or by exact amounts. Halvsies keeps the running balances and suggests who pays whom, with payment links for each person's preferred method (PayPal, Revolut, Wise, Venmo and more). It works offline, and the split can be backed up and imported.

How to use it

1. Pick the group currency and an optional name, then start
2. Tap Add expense, enter the amount and what it was for, and save
3. Choose who paid and how it is split: evenly, by shares or exact amounts
4. Open Balances to see who owes whom and settle up
