What it does

meet up creates an appointment as an .ics calendar file: title, description, date, time, duration and either a place or an online meeting room on one of several public video servers. Send to chat posts the file into the conversation, where everyone can open it and add the event to their own calendar. Nothing is stored in the app itself.

How to use it

1. Fill in title, description, date, time and duration
2. Choose offline (a place) or online (pick a video server and room name)
3. Press Send to chat and confirm
4. Others open the .ics file in the chat to add it to their calendar
